Overall Satisfaction with ConvertKit

Used to capture Email subscribers for our newsletter on blog and also integrate with eCommerce site where it captures details about customer purchase including personal details. We needed a reliable email sending solution with high deliverability crafted for solo and small business. ConvertKit suffices the requirement offering sophisticated and easy solution without complicating the setup.

Can be summed up in three words that 'It just Works'. Crafted for creators and artists in mind, it offers all they need for start building up list. Free tier is really a good move to test out stuff. I am staying with them considering their good email delivery and simple interface and easy integration with our website software. WYSIYG Editor, Standard reporting but not deep level analytics gives all the basic tools needed to support the business.
MailChimp had too many delivery related problems (this is few years ago). This problems include but not limited to bounce, mails landing in spam and more. MailerLite was advertised as alternative for chimp but they were starting up and I took only because they charged for delivery of emails not number subscribers but that's not a case anymore.

It is best for simple scenarios where user journey is not much complicated and do not need segmentation at micro level. ConvertKit was started with creators and individuals in mind and that is somewhat restricting it from going big. I can say that because their pricing is competitive and at par with what other services with multiple pipelines feature. So, they must re-consider pricing for individual/solo businesses.
