Corrigo is great for managing work orders and PM Schedules. Additionally, if you need to track KPIs, Corrigo's reporting is spot on—with automated reports and notifications, it is one of the strengths of this program. I don't recommend Corrigo for Asset Management, however, which is tricky since the PM Scheduling is such a strength.

If you are considering purchasing this (very expensive) software, there is a 100% chance you are doing so because you have been awarded a Government contract that dictates you use 4Clicks Project Estimator. There are plenty of easier to use estimating packages out in the world, but you can't use any of them if you have a contract that requires 4Clicks.

It's best suited for IWMS like Manufacturing system or Facilities Management, it's highly used in facility management, it's great Space Management having an option of CAD is very useful and Asset Lifecycle Maintenance provide you the great way to optimize the maintenance and helps is great decision driven for optimizing Maintenance

KPI Reporting: there are some great canned reports that you can utilize but you can also build your own reports using their very simple report writer.
Report Notifications: you can set up automatic notifications for reports. Additionally, you can set up schedules for your reports and attach notifications to those report schedules as well.
PM Scheduling: you can automate your PM schedules thru Corrigo and set up multiple schedules.

The software feels 20 years old. It has not kept up with modern times, and practically functions like an old DOS program.
Clunky interface, arcane commands.
Even their training info focuses on hotkeys like this is 1995. Even though I am of an age to remember computers in 1995, the younger generations of managers/estimators are not. It is time to bring the software into the new century!

It's great for Facility Management all the data under one roof, be it Space Management to Asset Management, proper maintenance and planning of work orders and preventive maintenance. Optimising the cost of maintenance and providing better decision making based on available data. Everything's under one roof, but the price is too high and implementation cost is more

We chose Corrigo for the PM Scheduling and Reporting capabilities plus its ability to integrate into other systems and provide a customer portal. This product is superior to others for those reasons. Plus the cost is on point for our size organization. Overall Corrigo was the better choice.

As stated before, if you are buying this software, it is because you have a contract forcing you to. While it does work, it is clunky, awkward, and very expensive.
The price of the software and databases has always been high, but with the fairly recent acquisition of 4Clicks by Gordion (who also bought RS Means for their databases), there is literally no competition. Prices will continue to be very high, with no check on how high they can go.
Again, can't fault 4Clicks tech support, as I think it is the best in the industry. They know their product and they respond to issues immediately. Considering what we spend a year for this product, however, you would expect nothing less.
