Craft.io vs. Peoplebox

Craft is really well suited for any size design team - I have used it within a team of 3, and within a team of 30. It helps with collaboration within the team, and between external teams through 'sync' with Invision. It increases efficiency of using Sketch with things like 'data', 'duplicate', and 'stock'. These tools not only make designing faster, but also more realistic, allowing us to 'test' our designs sooner.

Peoplebox is well suited to assign goals and track outcomes when the teams are aligned well internally and the goals are well defined with quantitative outcomes. It has limitations when it comes to integrating Peoplebox with internal toolkits and collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, and others. However, it works well with Google sheets.

Craft has a completely unique tool set that has functionality that really is not duplicated any where else in the industry. It cannot really be compared to any other tool I have had experience with, especially with the larger cloud infrastructure that Invision has built around their plugin and their platform.

Although both tasks allow monitoring team members' task progress and activity reporting, they are a bit different. It's hard to comp [are these two tools, although People soft was much easier for me to use (more intuitive) while I was a team member of a small team.

• It was good for tying end-user feedback on the app store to feature requests and help justify investments.

• Organisation has clearly defined goals and tracking.
• Goals and objectives are transparent and open for all to view and comment on- making us very collaborative and open in culture.
