CS-Cart Multi-Vendor vs. Paddle

For quickly setting up a most intuitive online marketplace, CS-Cart Multi-Vendor is the best one. The software is very well suited for those who have some basic knowledge about backend customization, installation, server setup, proper server configuration etc. Though I'm sure the support team will get you up and running. Only few third-party service providers are very professional, provide honest service and will help you to run your business smoothly. I would highly recommend to use CS-Cart Multi-Vendor.

I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because their support is getting worse and worse and their business processes require you to contact support whether you want to or not. You will be forced to contact support and then wait for days to get any meaningful response that's not a copy/pasted sentence from FAQ.

• Super easy to implement SDKs across supported platforms that support modern interface paradigms.
• Real team members that provide backend support for merchant issues. We had issues addressed quickly and taken seriously whenever we needed anything.
• Help with navigating VAT transparently. We never worried that we were messing up in this complicated area of international sales.
• Great first line customer support reduces the need for an extensive customer support organization on our end. They dealt with all purchase related issues as well as lightweight technical issues (e.g pointing users to FAQs, update links, etc.).

• The high cost of the platform itself and plugins.
• Unavailability of the mobile application in the basic version of the platform.
• Relatively difficult process of installing updates if you are new to IT.

• Analytics could support more flexible analysis of reported data and better custom events.
• More customization of the drop in purchase UI on the web without the need for a full custom site integration.
• Sometimes communication from their front line support staff has gone to the wrong address.

The software consists of most of all e-commerce related features. Also, there are plenty of third party addons are available in the market which can improve our business. There are a lot of powerful themes available in the cs cart market which improve the look and feel on the front store. If CS-cart adjusted the price on their software license cost, controlling the third party addon cost and provide more freelancers with cheaper hourly rate for the customization on the cs-cart multi vendor software, the cs-cart company can be a master among other e-commerce software companies in the world.

inside of the support subscription, they give me all the time a fast answer and you can ask in a community forum also other users. But i miss a free support/chat like other solutions.

Mostly extremely easy to implement, both back-end logic as well as styling. Great addon marketplace helped, particularly around payment options.

It's a one-time payment and the entire CMS is in your control, can list unlimited products and vendors. no need to depend on an e-commerce platform to pay huge commissions. promote your own brand globally. change the looks of your listing with multiple themes, there are vast add on and page themes to enhance look and controls.

We tried using Stripe before Paddle, but it was a pain integrating it and it lacked the licensing. Paddle allows us just to add a payment button and don’t ever think about payment methods, we don’t have to make a separate button for card payments and another one for PayPal. Paddle does all this in their checkout process.

• We wanted to grow faster, which was possible once we integrate recurring payment gateway. And we've got Paddle to do that.
