Overall Satisfaction with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor

We use CS-Cart Multi-Vendor as a niche marketplace and all companies can present their products. Companies do not have to worry about marketing, and customers can find all products from different manufacturers in one place. The delivery process and payment is also simplified for the customer and the user interface is clean designed.

Cons

  • update subscription
  • 3rd party theme & addons subscriptions (its not sure that you have also updates in 2 years)
  • expensive license prices (if everything is cheaper, more peoples will buy it)
  • more sales
  • more customers
  • better Google ranking (more backlinks)
The software has been on the market for years and is therefore mature.

the usability is very clean and beautiful.
inside of the support subscription, they give me all the time a fast answer and you can ask in a community forum also other users.
But i miss a free support/chat like other solutions.
for a multi vendor marketplace, i think CS-Cart is the leader. But for a online shop, i think you will find more cheaper solutions
