CUX.io vs. Indicative

It's great to have such a tool in your closet as a UX designer or else it's hard to find those pain points. The tool was very helpful in finding weak points at specific sites, collecting data, and presenting it to show the severity of the issue. Additionally, it revealed unnoticed errors and inconsistencies and contributed to quick fixes.

It is well suited for situations or professionals that works with figures and data, or were you need to present this kind of information to your stakeholders. • There are a lot of features; it does take some time to understand what is there in order to make the most use of everything
• Some additional user tutorials might be useful to introduce new users to all the features
• Data loading can be a bit smoother and faster

CUX.io has a really clean UI that was easy to use and a good fit for what we needed. It combined features that we had from other products and was well-geared towards automating the type of analysis that we were interested in. It also had great customer support that really helped us to get started without any hurdles.

More intuitive and friendly when using it in comparison to Google Analytics plus the positive experience with their support team when experiencing bags in the system.
