We use Dropbox for normal uses (share files, share information that is not critical). Cryoserver was tested by the IT team and decided that if we have 365 Exchange, we do not need Cryoserver.

Native solution. No third-party integration is required. Rock-solid. Actually many features require no extra cost (unless you want to use In-Place Hold / Litigation Hold) If you use Microsoft 365's Exchange Plan, or other similar Microsoft 365 products, I don't see any reason why you should not use this.

  • Automatic archival of mail based on criteria.
  • Keep mailboxes to a manageable size.
  • Avoid having to manually delete older mail or export to PST.

  • Only its training curve is not that short.
  • To protective large amount of data may be trick to some users.
