Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving
The most obvious advantage is that of sandboxing for the company. I mean, all your company's business communications are handled here. Passwords can be reset, accounts can be closed, and other actions taken by the administrator. Everything is fine here. With the help of this tool, you may speed up time-consuming daily tasks and reduce their inefficiency. I deal with hundreds of emails every week, if not every day, just like most of my coworkers. Timesaving and convenience-enhancing options are my top priorities.
Pros
- In my opinion, Microsoft Exchange's ability to integrate with calendars and other tools makes email considerably more powerful and capable.
- From any device, users can access their email. As a result, users can react to essential emails when they are away from their primary computer.
- In an email-heavy workplace, I cherish the ability to swiftly organize and categorize relevant information. Additionally, you have the option to deliver files safely.
Cons
- The learning curve for Microsoft Exchange Online isn't too steep. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it, although the user interface isn't as intuitive as Gmail's.
- Depending on the administrator's configuration, attachments may never be able to get through the firewall.
- My wish is that I could use a shortcut to archive files in the same way that users use the delete buttons. However, this isn't currently available. I rarely remove emails unless they are spam, so making the process quicker would be ideal.
