I used to have to book through the travel agency directly, which was very time consuming. I would either have to type out a specific email to my travel agent or call in and get put on hold and wait until someone was available to speak with. • The only thing on mobile is the selecting a time frame option for a flight is a little confusing the first time you use it

Deem seems much more efficient. Concur limited the types of hotels or flights that I was able to view. Perhaps they had some kind of admin settings on there blocking access to everything for me. But Deem was much easier and faster to use in my opinion.
