Likelihood to Recommend EnterpriseIQ is very well suited to a company in the plastics industry as the core software would not need to be modified.
Read full review This is one of the most user-friendly QMS programs I have used because it does not require lengthy training to navigate the system. We are able to bring on a new employee and have them start their own initial onboard training in Qualio with only a simple introductory message that shares a few key instructions. The available training in Qualio Help has proved very effective when needed. An individual can pick whatever training is appropriate at that moment and there will be instructions on demand on any topic related to Qualio operations. Qualio is relatively new software and is maturing with a responsive staff that releases new updates on a monthly, weekly, or even daily basis. It has grown incapability in the two years I have used it and it continues to evolve through customer inputs and looking at other state-of-the-art products. The staff listen and respond quickly compared to my past experiences with other QMS software. There is an opportunity for them to provide more and better features, but the gap is closing and the Qualio engineers have been very collaborative to work with, providing us opportunities to participate in their directions for growth.
Read full review Pros I like how they show the employee information The auto reports are nice to be able to set up and not think about again The GL display is average Read full review Is flexible enough to customize for use for different types of medical devices, enabling us to integrate it into our processes and support our quality automation initiatives. Supports a distributed/remote workforce by enabling electronic record-keeping and signatures. Generally supportive of the quality system regulations we are subject to. Read full review Cons Accounting reports: accrued receipts reporting makes it difficult to reconcile. Fixed assets: depreciation posts to the general ledger at the asset level, generating inordinately large numbers of relatively meaningless transactions. Process cost: PIT display lacks many useful fields, including vendor name and number. Financial reports carry beyond two decimal places. Report structures are not sensibly arranged, and many reports imbed data within text fields, making manipulation and reporting more time-consuming. Read full review I would appreciate if similar documents are grouped together. For instance if engineering documents are put in one category and management document in a different category Qualio has links to external documents but it would be helpful if it linked the user to sections within the document also I would prefer that users be able to purchase licences directly without contacting a representative Read full review Likelihood to Renew Given how invested we are it would be hard not to renew as don't want to go through another implementation.
Read full review Usability Because the modules that I use are not user friendly and seem to have several steps to complete a simple task.
Read full review Support Rating Very poor, try to call company support as a last resort as I know how much time it will take out of my day without getting a solution. It seems like the help desk does not have appropriate experience using the software. It would be nice of there was a separate support line to call for more experienced users of the software so we don't get someone just reading from the help file.
Read full review Two great things Qualio has for customer support. 1. They are available online and on the phone, if needed, 24/7 with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Usually, the wait is no more than 10 or 15 min, and while you wait, you can search their online help library. I used to call first, but now I've found that their online help library usually has he answers already and the instructions are clear. Usually, I learn more than I needed. So I now go there first and only call if I don't find anything in the online help library.
Read full review Implementation Rating It is nice that an IQMS employee helps you with the implementation, however they were more of a technical resource than a project management resource. I wish they could provide a more off the shelf timeline given their experience in implementing the system.
Read full review Alternatives Considered This is the only software that I have used so I am unable to rate it based on another type of software. My experience with IQ is extensive though, and have worked and learned in all areas and love how this program works. The many different modules are relatively easy to learn and they offer support if you need additional instruction.
Read full review Much better suited to a small start-up environment than Green Light Guru. Less suited in terms of usability compared to Q Pulse which has more bespoke configuration options, is easier to configure, and has more modules that interact with each other. Have tried Q Pulse and Green Light Guru.
Read full review Return on Investment Our implementation of warehouse management was probably the best investment our company has made recently. The control gained over our inventory is a tremendous asset and allows to see in an instant whether or not we can meet our customers' demands.
