The Academia plan starts at $30/user/month for academic and non-profit teams, with an optional inventory add-on for $5/user/month. The Professional plan is $80/user/month and adds SOP management, 21 CFR Part 11-compliant digital signatures, and 200 GB storage per user. The Momentum plan at $100/user/month includes everything in Professional plus full inventory management with sample lineage tracking, customizable repositories, and ELN integration. All plans are billed annually, include personalized onboarding and support at no extra cost, and come with no team-size limits. - Patient portal allows us to send results directly to the patient, which is a must-have for laboratories going forward.
- Support is very responsive and helpful. You will always hear back from them in a timely fashion, often with a solution in hand.
- Very configurable. The system is well-designed, and most changes that need to be made can be done by the end-user.
- Product lifecycle is quick. We can request a complex feature update and have it be turned around in a matter of weeks.

Not really a fair comparison, as one is an extremely old, modules-based system that is installed onsite, whereas the other is a modern, cloud-based solution that provides the entire gamut of functionalities in-house. The support structure is also different in that the support for portals is separated out from the main support for the software. That was not a great experience
