Detrack vs. Korber Warehouse Edge

As a trainer for the use of the software, it was surprisingly easy to explain to the final users how the software works, and being able to do that shorted the time for the theory training and left more room for the practical training, as for the actual use of the software it's very well suited to do what is meant to do, tracking is easy, implementation is fast, honestly teaching it was a breeze.

Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is well suited for any organization that ships to customers. If an organization has different shipping parameters for different customer customizations, it can be costly adding to the original price of the software.

• The system has a fairly intuitive user experience that quickly enabled us to achieve performance improvements
• While integration with our ERP (NetSuite) has had a couple of issues, by and large, it has been a significant improvement over our prior environment (Sage).

• Synchronisation may fail at times.

• Backorders--there are no alerts when backorders don't drop down
• Reports--there are a number of reports we don't use because they are not easily customizable

Detrack makes a difference in the time used for training new agents, while veteran agents who are already used to the software of this sort got entangled with the program very easily; the synchronization issues that were the main use in most of the complaints we received were fairly fixed but the impact was not as bad as it could sound but is a pebble in the road nevertheless. Compared to previous programs that we use in different campaigns, which can be very raw than Detrack we had an amazing time using it and teaching it.

Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is a warehouse management software with one purpose. It does what it should. Sage X3 is a ERP system that integrates shipping but misses some of the warehouse management components.

• We have reduced pick/pack staff due to operational improvements enabled by Warehouse Edge.
• We have been able to acquire new customers and fulfillment programs due to the capabilities of the HighJump system.
