There are no sign-up fees or monthly subscriptions. Country-based rates: Message prices vary by the destination country. Volume discounts: The more messages you send, the lower your per-message cost. Fair billing: You only pay for successfully delivered messages. Flexible payments: Pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer without stored payment details. To estimate costs, use Dexatel’s online pricing calculator on Dexatel's website. Select the country (or countries) where you’ll be sending messages and the system will show an approximate price per message based on location and volume. Final costs depend on recipients’ countries and monthly volume with loyalty benefits available for long-term customers.Core Plans and Advanced Plans have different monthly and yearly pricing options depending on the number of text messages that will be sent. All Advanced Plans include Workbench; an automated text message workflow builder with drag-and-drop functionality. Add-ons like additional users, dedicated short codes, dedicated account manager or campaign consulting are also available.

    Trumpia is very good for a small to mid-size company that sends out texts 1 to 2 times a month. If you are large organization, have a lot of email records and/or send out texts very frequently throughout the month Trumpia may not be the most cost effective option. In that case it might be better to explore whether or not your CRM has text message functionality and see how that compares to Trumpia

    • They could do a better job of bridging the gap between their platform and client's CRMs to ensure that information is shared in both places.

    We have only used Trumpia since we began sending out promotional text messages back in 2016. We have been very happy with Trumpia therefore we have not had to explore any other providers. The only other option that we may explore in the future is sending out promotional texts messages directly through our CRM and see how that works
