Docbird (discontinued) vs. Procurify

It helps with tracking and printing case docket reports. Believe me, it's very helpful for attorneys to draft motions. The worst part is opening all the hidden links (attachments/exhibits) in the main docket manually before printing the docket report.

If you have a manual purchasing process today and are having difficulty tracking requests and orders and ensuring that bills are accurate and paid on time, you will love Procurify.

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• It should have access to all the county's/state court cases.
• It should not ask for pacer details for retrieving the case re., documents. Very annoying.

• Ability to have concurrent budgets open for different years.
• Inventory capability.
• Switch items on a requisition to a catalog item before cutting the PO.

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
• Time was saved and expenses were reimbursed quicker.
