Docebo Learning Platform vs. Jhana

Docebo [Learning Suite] is a great tool for hosting content when you have a clear idea and path of how you want your users to engage. Essentially, the UI and experience is beautiful and the navigation for users really beats out many other learning platforms but you need to be very deliberate in designing the paths for employees to take. You cannot expect employees and users to intuitively figure out what they need to do within the system. This is a key drawback. What I love is content curation from external sites such as youtube, linkedin, and uploaded videos that can launch all within Docebo -that for us is key to track how much engagement were getting where we couldn't have that on our previous platform.

If you are growing quickly and need to give first time people managers a resource to learn the basics this is a good tool. If you have established leaders this is not a good tool for them. It covers the basics and ABCs of people management and does not go much further than that.

• PPT import feature is my favorite. It will let you use your existing materials without a hiccup
• The UI is clean and intuitive. My audience was able to use most of the features with ease
• All learning analytics are easy to use and analyze offline easily
• Using the Linkedin Learning inside the platform gave us some time to come up with our own content, as we weren't sitting duck on an empty LMS

• There is info on just about any HR topic there is
• There are activities and exercises that can be done

• The LMS is glitchy
• The company as a whole lacks a fine finish. It is 3 star in all categories and can't achieve excellence

• The articles are very surface level
• It is hard to make it valuable in a specific situation. One size does not fit all.
• The exercises don't seem totally flushed out

Docebo won't overwhelm you with technical jargons. If you can make a fairly good assumption from the name of the options

The team is prompt and knowledgeable. It would be nice to have the ability to call and talk to a real person. All problems have been resolved so far, hence no issues.

I have not used any other products like Jhana and I am not sure of what else would be out there. So it is hard to explain how Jhana has stacked up. I would image it stacks up well against anything else. My guess is that other tools feel a lot more corporate.

• We have many active users taking course content, which is great, but not a measurable ROI on our investment in Docebo.

• It costs money for users that don't really use it
• It quickly gives a resource to new managers
• It is something for HR to use with new managers
