Overall Satisfaction with Docebo LMS

We use Docebo for online learning for training of our customers on our technology in addition to in person training.

Pros

  • Incorporate your own branding
  • Accepts different formats of elearning courses (scorm, videos, documents, etc)
  • added functionality such as Social learning, iLT, viLT, certfications and retraining

Cons

  • Service and support
  • The LMS is glitchy
  • The company as a whole lacks a fine finish. It is 3 star in all categories and can't achieve excellence
  • It has decreased our cost of having onsite training by field scientists
  • it has increased our revenue
  • it has increased customer engagement
This was referred to our Director by another colleague. We should have done more evaluation of other LMSs

Articulate 360, Vyond (formerly GoAnimate), Powtoon
It is a good LMS if you have industrial or corporate customers where you need to incorporate your own branding. It is not as appropriate for education or government customers. It has a wide variety of functionality such as Social learning, certifications and retraining, vILT, webinar which is nice to expand capability.

Docebo LMS Support

The service is very slow often taking months to resolve issues. The CSM program is poor, with ill knowledgeable people not well trained in customer management with a lack of good follow through. This has been independently observed by several of our Super Admins as well as customers at their annual meeting. They say it has to do with growth, but this has been the case for years.

Yes - No, bug fixes often go into a black hole and can take months to fix.
The implementation specialists are excellent. This usually occurs in the beginning for 3 months and in special cases such as when we were implementing the Docebo salesforce app.
