Document 365 vs. Worldox

One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

Ease of navigation is probably the top seller for me. I might work on a dozen or more separate files per day and I need to be able to switch between files efficiently, especially when asked to find something quickly. Naming conventions are simple and easy to use. Searching for a document, even when there are hundreds, is pretty simple and straight forward.

• Forced structure via hooking into every day applications and producing Worldox Open and Save constructs versus the standard application Open and Save menus.
• Extreme customization options including cabinets, folders, and document types.
• The indexing system is very useful for locating documents by name, body, date, etc.

• Sign in every time you need to use
• NOT support other formats, only PDFs.
• Different features between Windows and MAC for the same app

• Cloud product is a little lacking
• Little bit of learning curve out of the box
• For a larger organization, may need to dedicate a resource to manage the program

Worldox is one of the easiest and user-friendly programs for document management systems that I have ever used. It is incredibly easy to create a document and then there are multiple ways to find a document. You can search by unique document ID numbers, document titles, and keywords within documents

Basically the recommendation of Document 365 is based on the price-performance ratio against NITRO and Adobe (Really expensive)Ease of use was not decisive in the evaluation.The ease of scanning against NITRO and Adobe is more or less the same.The determining feature of Document 365 is the ease of converting documents to PDF

• Save time when working with documents
• The log in the documents permit more security before sending documents to a customer
• Cost of the tool is really inexpensive for the productivity that the tool cause in the companies.

• Greatly improved productivity for users via searching, favorites, and forced organization.
• Versioning and document preview can also improve productivity versus opening individual files.
• Can require a "revolutionary" change in the workflow as the application's Open and Save prompts are radically different than normal application usage.
