Overall Satisfaction with Worldox

Our company uses Worldox to draft, review, revise, and redline various types of word documents. We also use Worldox to store scanned documents and other files and documentation. Our Worldox program is set up so that we can remote into it through a secure VPN and work on any document or file at any time. Since Worldox allows you to save versions of files and documents, you can see all changes made with date and timestamps and they can be saved very easily.

  • I would like to see Worldox offer the capability to save different types of photo files
  • Offer the capability to save videos to Worldox
  • Offer the capability to edit photos and videos inside of Worldox
  • Less errors in documents and files which equates to time saved in correcting errors or redoing documents and files
  • Increased productivity from staff
  • The ability to see if something was done right or wrong without approaching the individual who may have created the document or made an edit to it.
Worldox is one of the easiest and user-friendly programs for document management systems that I have ever used. It is incredibly easy to create a document and then there are multiple ways to find a document. You can search by unique document ID numbers, document titles, and keywords within documents.
Worldox is overall a better product and offers more features than Google Workspace. There are different types of files that can be integrated into Worldox and can be edited within Worldox. It allows multiple people to collaborate at the same time. It also integrates with many other programs.

Worldox is very well suited when you have files, documents, letters, etc. that need to be edited and reviewed by multiple people. Worldox allows you to make edits or create documents and then save a new version every time an edit is made.
It also offers the capability of red lining those documents so that you can very easily go back and see changes that have been made. This allows a lot of people to work on a similar document or project without having to get up from their desk or seat and interact with one another.
