Once the initial transition was complete, the software has been easy to work with and efficient. Payments are coming in quickly and we can identify errors in billing before submission making the process smooth.

Overall NUEMD is easy to use self explanatory and realtime helps alot when were are busy checking in patients, it gives you messages letting you know when something isnt right and that makes the claim we send out to the ins company cleaner to the return on payments from the ins co is better

• It makes it easier to train people on how to use due to it being simple
• Helps keep track of past present and future visits
• Complete customizable schedule for different providers
