Ease vs. Humantelligence

Best for companies with payroll that take 360 integration with Ease. Great for an employee base that uses technology easily, but less great for employees who don't use technology well. You're able to input answers for employees which is helpful, but takes more work for the admin. The biggest benefit is the integration.

Humantelligence makes the required employment decision, where the correct and the knowledgeable candidates get the work. Besides, Humantelligence has the required tests, which validates the person a company employ. More so, the prediction of the labor market and the possible outcomes of a batch of staff is also assisted or facilitated by Humantelligence. Finally, there are scientific procedures for performance evaluation.

• Setting a date parameter on a report isn't an option.
• Some things are not customizable.
• Some of the integration with carriers doesn't work as seamlessly as it should.

• Fails to work or integrate with Google, which is a common software to use.
• The dashboard is not too user friendly.
• Finally, Humantelligence has no mobile version, which would be a supporting option.

I've never had to call support for EaseCentral. Our broker typically handles any questions we have.

My general agency Warner Pacific recommended EaseCentral and I checked it out. Seemed like a great fit and well worth the investment. I know other colleagues that use and are happy with Employer Navigator and some of the other ones. I have not checked out many other options because Warner Pacific did all that research and work for me. 2 thumbs up for EaseCentral

Humantelligence has one of the advanced predictive analytics, which helps in controlling the labor market and businesses are able to plan for the future. Besides, Humantelligence uses scientific methods in evaluating the personalities of the candidates, and there are suitable performance control methods. Finally, Humantelligence allows the use of AI, which would improve company planning.
