EasyAuth Social Login vs. Salesforce Customer Identity

Salesforce Identity is well suited and I'm on the street visiting and I have to access a customer's account and I need to access multiple systems at the same time to get a lot of information. When I have to compare information on 2 or more different systems and I need it all connected at the same time.

• The user interface looks great. Additionally, the straightforward customization is equipped to fit your theme flawlessly.
• It is easy to set up. Installation and integration are automatically taken care of by the product.
• Good integration with third-party social services.

• SFI, allows you to connect and manage all your applications in one easy to use interface.
• It has the ability to use many different authentication standards to fit all the different needs of the applications.
• If the standard isn't supported it has the flexibility to create your own custom solution.

• After removing the service doesn't clean the code to its original state.
• There are problems experienced in the past about receiving emails.
• Sometimes the wrong email is displayed on the portal due to a glitch, which may create problems in sending/receiving the correct email address.

• Can't think of any other than pricing.

One system completes the other. I use Salesforce Identity to enter Salesforce CMS. All my company's client portfolios are in SF CMS. I use the Salesforce Identity and the Salesforce CMS every day, all the time.

• It has drastically helped us grow our sales with a single-click social auth login feature.
• It is super easy to install and set up the service for ready-to-use.

• The biggest return is on the auditing and ease of use for the users.
