Likelihood to Recommend ECM -XD is great when you are linking documents of different types and from different sources into a single centralized location. There is no limit to the amount of information that can be retained for a specific complaint, investigation, etc. so situations where documents obtained at different times and from different personnel need to be linked to a single file are ideal. ECM -XD is less ideal for situations in which individual file information is simple with low density, or requiring a high level of customization. The user interface is likely more intuitive for novice users through other software options
Read full review It can be used to organize files in one location. If you want to control user access to documents then the inbuilt security is very helpful. It has the option to create multiple databases, so you can have one database for each department. The redact annotation can be used to hide certain parts on the documents. The signature and stamp annotation can be used to sign and stamp documents.

While very comprehensive, it could be difficult to find specific information. Mobile compatibility. I haven't seen any support for mobile compatibility. Help contact links aren't very visible within the platform, and mobile or tablet support doesn't look to be documented. Overall, support is great from a functional perspective but could be easier to find and use with improvements in layout and interface design.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Cost was the main factor in choosing GLOBODOX. Also it was very easy to use and implement compared to other products. The sales and support were very helpful during our evaluation period. During the trial we also found that the staff were more comfortable using GLOBODOX. So in the end it was an easy decision for us to choose GLOBODOX for managing our documents.
