ecomdash vs. SkuVault

It would be well suited for a business that is just starting out with inventory management and sells on multiple channels. They are a growing company that is constantly changing and making improvements. I don't think there is another competitor out there that can offer the same features at their price point. It may not be well suit for large organizations.

It's very good for multiple locations. It's very easy to manage the inventory for different locations.

• Customer support are amazing. Very smart and quick to reply.
• The reporting system has been amazing for ordering and monitoring sales over time,
• The purchase orders have made a huge difference in the speed we can receive products

• User interface. The whole thing feels clunky.
• Knowledge-base. Their searchable knowledge base isn't really all that helpful. It feels like it was written as an afterthought.

eComdash always answers our questions, and they have a call-back system to speak on the phone which is very convenient. The people there actually understand the complexities of the software and understand our problems when we explain them. Things get solved quickly and we feel like they care about the speed of the resolution.

Their support has been MORE than amazing. I work with them quite often to work in ways to improve how we use our system and learning all about the new things that are coming. The support staff always does their best and usually we are able to find a solution to the issues. And if are unable to find it on the 1st try pass it up to a specialist who quickly works to help you solve it

SkuVault has been much more reliable than our previous product. Our inventory counts have been more accurate as well.

• MASSIVE increase in inventory accuracy
• We are now able to hire temps to help with work overflow
• Having a price break when you hit so many licenses has been great since we use to many
