If you understand the pitfalls of Eddy, such as needing to manually track what has been signed--vs still pending--then it is a well utilized system. Being able to send documents for signature via HelloSign is useful. At one point we had used HelloSign for onboarding but made it made it difficult to transition and track new hires.

This application is well suited for tracking customer sales activity on a daily basis. This helps me to stay organized and to better implement my weekly sales plan and strategies. I would definitely recommend Insight for use in the pharmaceutical sales arena.

  • Documents do not show which documents are pending signature

ADP HR did not have the tracking portion and allowance of signatures that Eddy does. ADP had an electronic filing system but no ability to send out documents for signature. ADP HR has up-to-date labor laws for our location, so we had to sign up for both products--one to mitigate our legal liability and the other to easily track HR docs that have been signed.
