Likelihood to Recommend	HTC Global Services In my opinion, I would not recommend EGrAMS. It is not user friendly or modern. We have spent many hours on the phone or via email coordinating with a person at the state of MI who has had to help us understand how it works and how to accomplish what we need for our contract with them. Save yourself time and money by looking elsewhere. Linnworks has one advantage over other providers and that is their integrations with smaller eCommerce channels, this is not worth the money... Alternatives Considered	HTC Global Services We did not select it. It is a requirement that we use it under our current contract with a funder. We have not evaluated any other products like this. Our alternative to using it would be to submit paper and / or electronic invoices for our billing and not use a separate product Incentivized Verified User Read full review	Linnworks As I have used Linnworks from day one, I constantly get contacted by Linnworks competitors asking me to try their system, however I cannot see any reason to move from a software package that we are all comfortable with, to a different system.
