eMaint CMMS vs. FMX

eMaint is well suited to larger facilities with dedicated scheduler/planners. Learning to navigate the database and create reports requires a dedicated resource. Part-time users often forget the process for entering data and navigating the database. In smaller organizations where multiple users enter assets, planned maintenance (PM) tasks and vendors, keeping standardization in the system formatting was difficult.

I can only speak to our organization and it is very appropriate and well suited for our purposes. We use it every single day and I find it to be user-friendly. I am excited about utilizing more of FMX's features. We can't wait to learn more and be able to keep better records for our tenants.

eMaint was by far most the most comprehensive and customizable solution we looked at. The eMaint team was also extremely responsive and available during the selection process. The product training and conferences were very helpful for new user orientation and best practice learning. The customizable reports also allowed us to provide data to management in an easy to digest format
