Overall Satisfaction with eMaint

eMaint is used by a few different locations in the US and overseas, and by almost all departments. It tracks orders, customer maintenance info, and subscriptions. The use of eMaint software is to track maintenance needs in various parts of the organization. It was used as such and also as a database for our customer info and histories.
  • Tracking work orders and assets.
  • Organize data digitally.
  • Tracks inventory.
  • Can be glitchy at times.
  • Saved time, energy, and money by digitally handling all maintenance and customer info.
  • Could not be easily integrated with other software.
Customer support was always readily available, even when natural disasters were taking place.
