Overall Satisfaction with eMaint

We have replaced the entire SAP for our self-maintenance also known as autonomous maintenance by the plant and for central maintenance. Usage of CMMS has reduced the usage of paper and whiteboard in the plant tremendously, however there are some frictions that need to be improved.
  • Intuitive interface.
  • Their marketing strategy to get your buy-in.
  • Web-based, so not dependent on latency.
  • Competitive licensing scheme.
  • Functionality not delivered as promised - on usage of tab.
  • QR code functionality.
  • Friction between implementation team and marketing team that sold this to us.
  • We could not calculate the ROI well due to delay and bad experience we had with them.
Cheaper and easier to implement. Up to date with all the computerized maintenance management standards of today.
Never had a good beginning from the start. We are just dreading using this because we paid for it.

It may be a good product, but the challenges faced by their implementation team were so much that we never had an opportunity to escalate the issues we faced. A lot of promises were not delivered. Poor implementation and communication I'd say.
