It doesn't work well as a solution if you are looking for international or business users or have large sums you need to spend every day.

The support team has been excellent and very responsive. Whenever we had issues and reached out, we were able to resolve most problems within 24 hours. I think it really helps that they are still a new-ish startup and are very hands-on with their business and with support.

Their price per expense report and the overall implementation was much cheaper than other competitors.
