After using Emotive.io for the last year, I honestly can't think of anything they helped us with besides cost half the price of our previous SMS provider. But when compared to other brands on the market, I still believe Emotive.io is overpriced and offers poor performance.

Postscript is more expensive, and worked well for a while, but not really worth the cost. Attentive is cheaper than Emotive and Postscript, and they are performing 10x better than both combined

  • Starting with 0, we initially benefitted greatly from the boost SMS marketing provided.
  • The integration with Gorgias was convenient and reduced support time/resources.
