EmpMonitor vs. Unanet ERP GovCon

Because of EmpMonitor, I can keep an eye on my employees from anywhere any time and it increased my firm’s productivity rate.
With the screen capturing feature, I can question any employee for their non-working hours with proof
It made it very easy for management to maintain the attendance of every employee.

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

• Track keyboard activity per second.
• Take screenshots every a corn period of time.
• Track total time spent on different tasks.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

• Unavailability of integration of third-party software that enhances its overall working.
• No option to track or manage projects.
• Project tracking and support for Macs.

• Would like to be able to search for users by first name as well as last name.
• Would like to be able to modify save and share some of the canned reports.

The support of Unanet is incredible, A simple email to their support team always gets a response in less than 24 hours and is really solutions focused. Unanet support is the best out there- guaranteed

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.
