EOR Services India vs. Rippling EOR Service (Rippling Global)

Rippling is honestly well suited for just about everything related to HR administration internally. Personally however we went with a different application tracking software for hiring because they were better optimized for interviewing, resume review, and the end to end hiring process. If rippling leveled up their UI/UX here for efficiency we would possibly consider consolidating this to Rippling as well.

• It was a bit of a hassle to verify my address due to my country of residence and its way of printing documents without addresses, but Rippling's support guided me through an alternate way of verification.
• Instant Wise withdrawal is very convenient for me
• Ease of dashboard and contractor hub navigation makes it a breeze to use

• Maybe it's a setting I don't have. I would like to receive an email when my days off are approved. Right now, I have to log in and look at the notification in the bell, or my manager has to tell me. I don't receive an email.
• There was a problem when the company mistakenly fired me, and I was reinstated. I had to create a new account, and I couldn't receive payment in my dollar account in Panama like before. I had to contact support to fix that configuration.
• When I request time off, I am usually asked to transfer approvals, but I am not a manager anymore. I guess this is a misconfiguration on our side.

Product is really usable and stable. Once you start using it you get really comfortable in a few days. It uses very standard terms for features but in a very robust way. Their mobile app provides all the feature we need on the go. I must say that it is a very well thought product

They are very quick and prompt to respond. They have solved my issues 90% of the time within the timeframe I originally expected. They are available in multiple formats - chat, email, calls, etc. which makes it easy for me to access them as required for my support need. Good use of AI

Efficiency Gains in HR / Payroll / Finance / IT 7. Employee Onboarding 8. Application like onboarding employees, running payroll, managing devices and apps, and handling benefits and expenses.

• I think it helps to speed up certain processes especially when you need all your employees to review certain documents.
• It also helps employees to know their vacation balance and request PTO quick and easy and that helps HR to have control over that.
• Also it helps to control the expenses made by employees because they can load them for approval which helps HR and Finance to control that.
