Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I have used Rippling specially to sign and read documents when my company requires it and I have used to request PTO and to know the balance of vacations and PTO I have at the moment and to write the performance review for myself, also I used it to load expenses for my company.

Pros

  • Easy to use even for new users.
  • Intuitive interface just follow the steps shown and you are good to go.
  • Quick processes like requesting PTO and loading expenses.
  • Nice and minimalist interface with straightforward options.

Cons

  • Easier login processes, sometimes it takes a while to login for security purposes but if you are in a rush it's hard.
  • Email reminders for certain notifications like when your manager accepts you PTO.
  • I think it helps to speed up certain processes especially when you need all your employees to review certain documents.
  • It also helps employees to know their vacation balance and request PTO quick and easy and that helps HR to have control over that.
  • Also it helps to control the expenses made by employees because they can load them for approval which helps HR and Finance to control that.

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

I believe that to me Rippling is really easy to use and really intuitive even when you didn't receive training, you just follow the steps shown in the UI and you can perform your objectives quickly. I also like that the UI is nice and minimalist it doesn't have a lot of colors or options that distract you or makes it difficult to understand what you are reading.
I think Rippling is appropriate for companies that have employees that work from home and need to for example sign and read company documents or need to request vacations or PTO to their manager easily. Maybe is not so appropriate for smaller companies that work in the office and have more face to face interaction.
