Rippling EOR Service (Rippling Global)

A small/medium size business is a great space for Rippling to play. They offer many of the "good enough" items that most businesses this size would need. A complex / large organization might not benefit from the "off the shelf" version of Rippling as the workflows/automation/reporting isn't tiered for enterprise level companies. Sometimes we have to make workarounds to avoid paying the extra fees for workflows etc. that come base level for vendors like WorkDay.

• It was a bit of a hassle to verify my address due to my country of residence and its way of printing documents without addresses, but Rippling's support guided me through an alternate way of verification.
• Instant Wise withdrawal is very convenient for me
• Ease of dashboard and contractor hub navigation makes it a breeze to use

• Maybe it's a setting I don't have. I would like to receive an email when my days off are approved. Right now, I have to log in and look at the notification in the bell, or my manager has to tell me. I don't receive an email.
• There was a problem when the company mistakenly fired me, and I was reinstated. I had to create a new account, and I couldn't receive payment in my dollar account in Panama like before. I had to contact support to fix that configuration.
• When I request time off, I am usually asked to transfer approvals, but I am not a manager anymore. I guess this is a misconfiguration on our side.

About to sign the renewal now.

Its UI is ugly and it also has complex workflows and a lot of features. It gets the job done and once you learn it you got it, but the learning curve of how to do stuff required some time and clicking around and prompting AI tools to learn how to accomplish different workflows.

I contacted support multiple times and it was really easy to approach to them, I got all the required help every time. I contacted them regarding - Employment certificate - An error in my payroll due to wrong RRSP setup, it took bit long but they made sure that it is handled really professionally. They made sure that tax agencies are informed about that too. - Job duties letter

• I think it helps to speed up certain processes especially when you need all your employees to review certain documents.
• It also helps employees to know their vacation balance and request PTO quick and easy and that helps HR to have control over that.
• Also it helps to control the expenses made by employees because they can load them for approval which helps HR and Finance to control that.
