Rippling has a huge role in managing the workforce from joining to leaving the company; everything we do is managed on this platform. It is a very useful platform that we use daily. We do multiple things in this platform, like HR, Payroll, IT, Vendor, Travel, expenses, attendance, leaves, Organisation chart, and many more. Some important works are as follows: 1. Very useful to HR, onboarding any candidate, their Offer letter, all terms and conditions, and much more, HR can handle by using this platform. 2. Payroll: Attendance, leave, salary, Organisation chart management, and much more. 3. Vendor and contractor management by using this tool. By and large, I can say this is all in one solution for all your business needs in a single click. I personally suggest that any organisation should use this platform for better workforce management.

Rippling has been used in my current organisation, and I found it very useful in managing HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, etc, very efficiently.
I received my offer letter through the Rippling platform and have digitally accepted it. All the details, terms, and conditions were clearly written and can be digitally accepted using this platform, which was a very wonderful experience. Additionally, Rippling provided video tutorials that I found very informative and useful, through which I learned a great deal and completed the assigned tasks. Overall, I find this platform very useful for my corporate-related work.
