Best suitable for construction companies. ePROMIS ERP has a decent amount of accounting functionalities. With this comprehensive fully integrated, automated system we eliminate all manual interventions thus improving the integrity of financial information. Reports are incredibly detailed with the ability to drill down to the details of transactions. We can easily monitor monthly actuals against budgets, the system does good level of forecasting and cash-flow management too

Well suited for larger companies, and this is only becoming more the case with the new ownership. Smaller companies could at one time buy only the modules they required. This is now not possible, so you end up with a number of modules you do not need. It is best suited for a company needing a full MRP and is going to be overkill for a service based company that does not require inventory management.

We did not try any other products. We migrated to Macola from an older product.

• It’s a huge system, assigning role-specific user rights and accesses to staffs is a hectic task. But once it's done properly things will go perfect as you want.

• Lower software costs.
• Less maintenance.
