LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

My company used the platform specifically to ensure employees had access to uniform compliance/HR training materials. We didn't use it much outside of that, except maybe to provide additional required training. It would be beneficial if an individual or company needed a solution like this. Individually, our HR team would also review training for ourselves when we had questions about something.

• The Set up is easy
• Tracking of employees progress is simple and easy to keep up with employees progress
• They have a great program for setting up various training groups - so you can assign the training programs as a group to the new hires at one time.

• Deleting employees from the system could be easier

From a user's standpoint, the platform was really easy to navigate, both from the employer and employee standpoints. I had no issues uploading employee information so they had access on day one, and I often helped employees access the platform and make sure they were set to complete their training. It was not often that we encountered an error, and when we did, it was easy to resolve for the employees.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

Safety Skills have more safety topics but Mineral safety videos are good too. In some ways, I prefer Mineral over Shrm due to the ease of finding the templates that I am looking for. It would be nice if they had an HR conference too because I never heard of Mineral until it was introduce to use by one of our vendors.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.

• It has definitely been positive, but I'm not sure how I could measure the ROI. I feel it has given me more insight into certain situations, such as dealing with millennial employees, and has helped me to grow as a leader in my organization.
