LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

I think it is well suited for the request types we get and our experience with VV has been seamless.

• Immediate access to employee performance
• Allows only members who are affected and their superiors access to employee performance
• Keep administration aware of entries with immediate email reminders that an entry has been made on an employee.

• It would be great if Vault Verify could have a template to verify/complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms, since those have to be on specific forms.

Vault Verify has been the best company to work with. The implementation was so easy, quick, and smooth, the customer service is beyond that of other HRIS systems, and the level of trust with I have for Vault Verify to handle our verifications of employment are beyond what my expectations were. All of this and we get money back for every verification that is comppleted was almost too good to be true, but it is true! I recommend this company to everyone who asks! I work with a lot of vendors and they are by far the best

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

The verification data is pulled on demand with Vault Verify. When using The Work Number by Equifax, the data was only pulled 2 times a month, so we would still get requests for more up-to-date verifications.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.
