Evalato vs. EverWebinar

Evalato is a great award management software, which has all of the necessary tools. One of the best features we used is that it allowed us to create our own award competition form and embed it into our website. This was a real lifesaver, as we didn't need to hire web developers to help us with that part of the process. It was all handled through Evalato's platform and it saved us time and money.

EverWebinar is a great product and tool for digital entrepreneurs and course creators. Or for anyone who utilizes live and prerecorded evergreen webinars to sell things and reach their customers to solve problems. It is a robust program that does many things and does them well.

• Structures the categories in the awards conveniently
• Organize judging of awards
• Automates processes that are important for quality awards

• Tracking visitors to the webinar
• Design and housing of the registration page and webinar room
• Integration with our website as well as our CRM

• Filtering options of all registrations

• EverWebinar can improve on the way they have the timing set-up it's set to GMT and not local time. Makes it confusing.
• EverWebinar can improve on their reporting. It's very limited and you can't really tell if people showed up later and watched your pitch or if they only watched so many minutes before your pitch. They need to really improve their reporting. It's super confusing. Although the data charts look nice, it's not helpful.
• EverWebinar doesn't really play nice with ActiveCampaign. So be warned if you're trying to connect both of them. You will have to find a third party software to integrate them nicely.

Evalato’s features have made it easier for us to organize our programs and collect applications, the software has also saved us time and has increased our programs’ impact

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Fortunately, I have not had to contact support for anything up to this point so really can't give a rating. I will be sure to update my review in the event that I need to in the future. Hopefully I will not need to as it is very user friendly

In my work experience I have only used Evalato for Award Management

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.

• Great ROI as we were able to increase the number of entries through Evalato, therefore we earned more.
• We achieved our marketing goals.
• We got great feedback for the ease of use from the judges and participants of our awards.

• We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
• Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
• There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
