EventMobi vs. Livestorm

EventMobi has helped our organisation to conduct virtual conferences during the pandemic. It has also helped us to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and boarding. Instant updates and messages can be sent. Also, regular updates and better customer service have really helped us to do the business in an easy way. You get some insights on Event Technology, Session Feedback, Survey, Email Marketing, Attendee Networking people. Where this has lacked - If we were being given an option to add in our own custom fields within the agenda/session descriptions.

Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.

• Very intuitive to use and easy to customize.
• Excellent customer service.
• Lots of good data for analytics.
• Participants do not need to download anything.
• Feedback and recommendations are acted on.
• Easy to logistical information on registrants and attendees.
• Supports integrations.

Making sure the permission settings for your camera, microphone or browser can sometimes be tricky. If we have a guest, we always have to double-check these. It's also not super intuitive that you need to "Get on Stage" from the webinar page.

The customer service representatives are extremely attentive. They do an excellent job of trying to understand the scope of the issue and follow it through until it has been resolved. When I have provided them with recommendations for improvement they have taken them to heart and many times implemented them. I trust that if I ever have a problem they will be there to help

We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.

• No need to be physically present at the event. This helps in reducing Travel time & other expenses.
• The focused approach so one can watch the recorded session and deploy more time to understand better.
• Track attendee, and one can engage and real time action is possible from a single dashboard.
