EventMobi vs. Pike13

EventMobi has helped our organisation to conduct virtual conferences during the pandemic. It has also helped us to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and boarding. Instant updates and messages can be sent. Also, regular updates and better customer service have really helped us to do the business in an easy way. You get some insights on Event Technology, Session Feedback, Survey, Email Marketing, Attendee Networking people. Where this has lacked - If we were being given an option to add in our own custom fields within the agenda/session descriptions.

Pike13 is well suited for a membership/subscription based service business, where invoicing is directly tied to a scheduled event. It is limited as a "retail cash register" for the sale of physical goods/merchandise with no readily available inventory system tied to sales.

• The ability of the reporting function is strong, but the interface is not user friendly.
• The payroll function would be more powerful if it was integrated with main payroll providers.

I haven't used the support at Pike13 directly. Our franchisor's IT department serves as an intermediary and seeks support at Pike13 on our behalf when required.

We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.

• No need to be physically present at the event. This helps in reducing Travel time & other expenses.
• The focused approach so one can watch the recorded session and deploy more time to understand better.
• Track attendee, and one can engage and real time action is possible from a single dashboard.
