• The platform can use some tweaking (i.e.: when reserving hotels, adding guest rooms, including meeting rooms - instead of just spaces, which can be confusing when searching).

Very intuitive design and easy to use for attendees navigating content and the venue.

Our support team including Mike Fenn has been excellent. On multiple occasions he and Ed Zawadzki have gone above and beyond to support us with very quick response times. They both are very knowledgeable of the platform and if I were to recommend EventPilot to another association I would explicitly mention the great support I received.

We had customized apps developed in the past but none worked as seamlessly as EventPilot Conference Technologies does.

Planned is the only event planning software company we have worked with, and plan to work with. The team behind the platform is constantly innovating to enhance features and the overall experience for both vendors and users.
