Overall Satisfaction with EventPilot Conference Technologies
We use EventPilot Conference Technologies to organize the educational content of our annual conference. We have about 8,000 attendees with over 300 sessions--some with complex nesting. Our attendees are able to review the course content and presenters as well as create a schedule and use the map feature to navigate the conference. We were also able to eliminate paper session books! This year, we ended up having to transition to an entirely virtual conference. EventPilot Conference Technologies acted as the hub of the conference and granted accesses to sessions that were presented via Zoom.
