Eventsforce vs. RSVPify

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

RSVPify is the best event software for the price! It's honestly better than a lot of options that are much more expensive. RSVPify is great for managing business events, especially ones where you don't want people to share the invite. You can attach a certain number of tickets to a person's email, ensuring that only those you want to come to your event will be able to RSVP.

• We are a small scale user of this product, so we haven't faced any problems with eventsforce.
• Every basic things needed for organizing an event is available in Eventsforce, so our company is happy with it as of now.

• Their admin user interface is a little clunky and could be updated.

We haven't used any other similar products other than Eventsforce. Eventsforce was all we need for our requirement.

RSVPify has an easier user interface for my personal preference, as well as more features and options. Eventbrite serves a good purpose but I feel as if it is better suited for events that don't need as much attention on the guest list side, or don't need as much detail.

• RSVPify is about 10x cheaper than other event softwares that have the same features.
• It took us from spending $1500+ per event just based on software licenses to around $100.
