EverWebinar vs. WorkCast Producer+

Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year

WorkCast Producer is a good platform for companies who are looking to produce webinars to further engage with their market. It is more suited to departments who have the resources, and a basic knowledge of what webinars are, to produce these

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Overall good to use, gaining positive ROI for our business. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. However, the landing page templates need to be improved and the customer support is rather appalling. Multiple features have been suggested however there always have never been replies from their customer support.

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.

WorkCast has very competitive licensing plans compared to other services. As a newer platform on the market it is also developing to meet their clients needs on a regular basis. From my experience, this enabled me to customise the webinars much more easily than I could with previous suppliers, developing new products with the support of the WorkCast team. I also found the interface to be more modern and up to date compared to older platforms.

• We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
• Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
• There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
