If you are looking for a strong product that is highly customizable, Onebox is a great choice. It can be difficult to navigate, but almost every feature you would need is included somewhere.

Phone.com is a no-brainer. The cost savings over a POTS or in-house PBX system are tremendous. The affordability added on top of the easy to use and deploy features make Phone.com the best choice. Phone.com is well-suited for situations where you need other-than-standard call holding, call routing, and other similar advanced call features.

TelebuJoin is a good competitor in the market with other software like Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex. TelebuJoin has some good features like hand raising, Live chat, Screen sharing, file sharing, Participate permission. This has an easy interface but it needs improvement in the video quality and sound quality. In some cases I also found that it requires perfect internet strength.

  • The scheduling is very granular, but the interface for setting up the schedule isn't the easiest to navigate.
  • I would like the ability to copy or clone schedules. We have 3 different schedules on three different hunt groups and when there are changes to be made, I would like to be able to make the change on one schedule and copy that for another hunt group.
  • The interface for the users to change some of their settings (password, phone, email, etc) isn't very user friendly. I usually have to walk users through changes, and at that point, it is easier for me to just make the changes myself.

  • Phone.com has been excellent with support and I can not think of any areas for improvement with regards to that
  • Phone.com could provide more graphical assistance when programming call routing. A visual indication of the flow of a call should be presented and would come in handy when planning out difficult ques/call routes

TelebuJoin is a good product but in some of the cases it does not fulfill the expectations of the user, what does a user need from any software? they need good pricing, good quality and interface. TelebuJoin has a good interface but quality-wise it is having a problem. As earlier mentioned that this having Video and Audio quality is not good.

I was not an employee when Onebox was selected, but I have used Avaya and Nortel PBXs in the past and while it is not as powerful, it has a lot of great features and a much lower cost of entry.
