Exactly.com vs. TSYS Payment Gateway

Good for online businesses to be able to track incoming payments in various currencies. These payments can be in small or large amounts and they can be recurring to easily create invoices for customers

None. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We will never recommend or even think about doing business with them again.

• Support is not in North America

• Stop taking away my ability to use debit cards
• 7% is outrageous. I can't continue at this rate
• In my opinion, the yearly fee is an obvious profit grab. Discontinue it.

Good support! We haven't had any issues so far that have been terribly bad. Only recommendation is to have support in North America as well.

The service with Exactly has been great, as well as the easy to understand UI. We haven't had many issues with Exactly on our team! The best thing about Exactly is that we can set up recurring payments in various currencies

Clover and square were up front with all fees. [I think] TSYS will try to sell you their product saying medical credit card processing has to be HIPAA complaint. [I feel] [this] is [not] true. They will say they don't have a minimum processing fee. [I feel] [this] is also not true.

• Positive impact on work flow- employees can quickly cross-reference reports to close out the day
• TSYS can be expensive. We are considering alternatives as we continue to improve our practice.
• More than one employee can be logged in at one time allowing for responsibilities to be shared to help with work flow and productivity.
