Experian Verify vs. Hireology

Its very good for onboarding processes which have a time line but if you are looking to start an employee quickly then their checks can take a long time before they are complete.

Their checks for non uk based employees are very efficient.

The advantages have been striking, the hiring process is now much simpler than it was in the past, and we have been able to hire individuals who have formed a strong bond with the team as a whole, adapted to our entire system, and have been the pioneers in improving our work significantly. A better product is thus available for all kinds of organisations.

• The mobile app is user friendly but still doesn't allow for some of the functions of the live site
• The ability to schedule emails and texts is needed

Better communication with helpdesk, issues resolved in timely manner without my having to chase alot. Lots of contact with out account manager with experian, help desk are more responsive also. The overall professional presentation of the service and reputable name with experian, which ultimately ed me to switch providers

I don't have much to compare Hireology to other than posting on different job boards. Hireology is better because one post does it all!

• Good ROI, more efficient than other platforms
• Pricing is easy to understand and consistent and is flat rate
• Ability to perform overseas checks- worked well for our business which was scaling into other territories
• Lots of products to choose from- but we had a bespoke package so diidnt need so many options

• It has saved us a ton of time trying to keep our hiring process organized.
