ezTalks vs. FreePBX

Earlier I was using Skype, but then my colleagues started using it; I found it pretty impressive with all its features which include high video, and audio quality, the ability to share screen or whiteboard and send instant messages. I'm a Team Lead at Cynet Systems and managing a team of 8. EZ Talks made work quite easy to connect to my team members.

FreepBX is a great product if you are able and willing to manage your own PBX system. It requires some know-how to set up but once running, it works very well. There is a large community that helps answer questions, but it isn't "plug and play" so you will need to be able to research and troubleshoot your own issues (or pay for support).

• Phone integration/firmware can be clunky and has a learning curve.

It works well, there isn't much more to say. You can get a free ($0) phone system packed with features, then if you need even more features then the cost is extremely cheap, and it works well. On top of this, you have complete freedom in the PBX to do as you wish, and debug and see everything

It offers features to improve the call, like file-sharing, meeting preparation tools, multichannel communication, and communication management, which helps you get great service in online meetings without any problem. Technical support is really helpful; they'd resolve your queries in no time, unlike other tools. It also runs smoother than other tools which are mentioned above and give's you the best experience connecting to your fellow workers.

3CX may be slightly easier for a novice to use, but FreePBX completely beats it when you remove that factor. You can do anything you want, and debug and see everything. Now with AI its even easier to debug and learn how the PBX works if you hit an issue

• Drastically reduced our direct telephony cost as we don't need to have the hardware and support.
• Very functional and added new functionality that we did not have previously.
