Factorial vs. Larksuite

I am not fully convinced about factorial HR yet. We are about to transition to a new tool after using Recruitee for a long time. The bar was high when it came to recruitment ATS. and Factorial HR is multifaceted but not as well structured or functional. Support in other languages should also be improved, as those are the most common reviews I have seen online.

On my experience, I did not experience any issue when using this tool. Simply because it is a perfect tool and easy to use. You just need to log in your working email and you can now use it. You can message all of the employees on the company Larksuite.

• i think the main area is time off requests.
• also, customer service is not as responsive.
• interface could be more user friendly.

We will use this product and we don't have plan to change since this is a perfect tool

I rate this perfect simply because we use this everyday and this is very helpful. Without this tool I can't imagine how we can communicate to each other and how we can resolve every concern/issue that we cater everyday on our job. This is the tool we use to communicate and endorse specific concern.

I does not stack up very well. It's best feature is that it is a 360 HR platform, but it needs to evolve and improve. Recruitee and Teamtailor seem way better options, in my opinion, for the Applicant tracking system. Time off tends to get confusing at times, and employees prefer tools like bamboo or Roots, which integrate well with other tools.

I selected Larksuite simply because even you don't have laptop or desktop you can simply install this app through google or apple store and you just need to log in using your working email. You will now access and use every feature on this app. You can also watch and play videos.

• It has not had any impact. we are testing the tool for a while now, but we do not think it will make it to the end of the process.
• It seems good for ATS but all other functionalities seemed to have been left behind.
• I like that it allows managing posts and other things like internal social media and communities.

• The quality of communicator is way easier by the help of Larksuite
• Larksuite plays the most important role in our company since by Larksuite we our being notified if there are updates we need to check
